Cheerleaders from the 1960s!

CaRa!: There is many forms of cheer, the two most popular being High School cheerleading and All star cheerleading. High School Cheerleaders do cheer at competitions, but the majority of their time is taken up by cheering for other sports such as football. High School Cheerleaders portray the cheer aspect of cheerleading while All star cheerleaders are more acrobatic. All star cheer has taken the sport to a new level. All star cheer teams only compete at competitions and don't have the cheer aspect. Adding the element of competition has allowed the world to see inside the sport in a way never before possible.
